Three Individual Legal, Buildable Lots make up TP # 05421-012-000, Lots 12, 13 & 14. Lot 12 is 1.5 acres and has direct paved road frontage and access onto NW 234 Ave. Lot 13 is behind Lot 12 to the South and is 6.5 acres and is accessed via an easement on the East side of Lot 12. Lot 14 runs parallel to Lot 13 on the West side of Lot 13 and is 5.5 acres. Lot 14 has its own access via a deeded easement to the West.
When Seller purchased all three lots in 1999, each had its own Tax Parcel number.
