Recently I ran a report of 2020 Home Sales for the first 6 months of this year vs the same time frame for 2019 and found that sales are truly trending up in Polk County. Not only has the number of sold single family units increased substantially, but prices are trending up too; it seems that at this time COVID-19 has not infected the housing market.
