Boots, as she is affectionately known, relocated to Solivita from Long Island, NY in 2006 when she and her husband were charmed by the beauty of our Neighborhood. In NY Boots sold real estate for Coldwell Banker for many years, while also working as an Accountant in Long Island for an Advertising Firm. After relocating to Florida Boots found joy in her new neighborhood and made it her mission to show folks how great life in Central Florida can be. Her decision to leave the Corporate World and devote all her attention to Real Estate in Central Florida has been quite successful and personally satisfying. Boots has developed a devoted following in our Community, has made many friends, and has sold homes to many happy Solivita Residents.
In fact, Boots is now surrounded by many of her former NY Neighbors and Friends; as she has sold over ten homes in Solivita to her former NY Neighbors. Boots has sold many homes to new full time Florida Residents, and many homes to Residents that enjoy Florida during the Winter Snowbird Season. Boots says introducing clients and friends to the wonderful opportunities life in Florida brings is one of her Great Joys.
